Q: I cannot find my initial login email from LearningSupport@ellenmacarthurfoundation.org. What do I do?
A: Firstly, check your spam/junk folder. Your automatic network filter may have diverted the email away from your inbox. If you still cannot locate it, please get in touch with your CE100 primary contact.
Q: How long do I have access to the e-learning programme for?
A: Your account will be accessible for exactly 1 year; starting from the day you are sent the original login email.
Q: What should I do if I have forgotten my password or find that I can no longer log in?
A: You can request a new password on the login homepage After clicking “Request new Password”, you will receive a new one-time login email that allows you to reset your password. If you are still unable to access your account, please get in touch with your CE100 primary contact.
Q: Does the e-Learning Programme work on all web browsers?
A: We recommend that you use Google Chrome when taking our e-Learning Programme. Other browsers tend to be slower and less reliable when saving progress. It is also important to make sure your browser is up-to-date before entering the programme.
Q: What do I do once I have finished the course?
A: Firstly, well done for completing the Circular Economy e-Learning Programme! Once you have completed all 5 modules, let your CE100 primary contact know. Remember, even once complete, you can re-visit any part as many times as you like over the period of 1 year, so make the most of it!
